Covington Commercial Realty, Inc. has now been serving the upstate of South Carolina for 26 years now. Primary leasing is office and flex space in the upstate. Though Tenant Rep is still a valued part of the business, we do operate as a full service broker......and property manager. Our success is based on being professional and attentive to our client's needs. A good listener, we help establish the user's need and locate alternatives for consideration. Many times the real keys are in what they don't say....rather than what they do say. I have a full upfit crew and can estimate for our client the costs involved in any retrofit. We do the upfits in all 6 properties we manage, keeping a close eye on costs.
