Christopher Coupal

Christopher Coupal, CCIM, began his career in 1996 after graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University. Christopher earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1999, an achievement held by less than 200 people across the country. The CCIM program has provided Christopher with important investment financial analysis skills and tools, resulting in superior quality service to a specialized clientele. In the late 1990's Christopher spent the majority of his time representing financial institutions in the valuation and disposition of power of sale properties. As the market changed so did the nature of apartment transactions as we went from distressed sales to fast pace acquisitions at record breaking prices seen through to the end of 2007. Experience in both good times and bad is invaluable in the changing times now being experienced. He has been an executive member of the Waterloo Region Apartment Managers' Association since 1996 and a licensed Broker since 2000. Christopher is also a multi-residential investor, owning and managing his own properties, as well as developing new sites from initial planning to construction and finally tenant selection. Christopher has sold over one billion dollars in multi-residential properties in his career and has worked closely with John Markou since 2000. Currently, the team has expanded with the addition of three members, Rhonda Bryll and Paula Tweedle.
