Christopher Bellapianta

Mr. Bellapianta is the Managing Principal of Camber Real Estate Partners and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s operations, including financial, investment and partnership activities. Mr. Bellapianta is focused on sourcing, structuring and capitalizing investments for the firm including special situation debt and equity opportunities. Prior to co-founding Camber Real Estate Partners, Mr. Bellapianta was a Managing Director and Principal at Advance Realty where he led all acquisition and finance activities, acquiring over 3.1 million square feet and closing transactions with a total capitalization exceeding $750.0 million. Prior to joining Advance, Mr. Bellapianta served as Director of Acquisitions at Madison Capital, where he was part of a team that acquired performing and non-performing senior and subordinate debt on transactions with a total capitalization exceeding $425.0 million. Mr. Bellapianta is actively involved with several charitable, educational, civic and industry organizations. He resides in Montclair, New Jersey with his family.
