In 2002, Christina Strickland joined CBRE, managing office operations. During her tenure, the Las Vegas office became one of CBRE’s top producing offices in the Western Region. Early in 2005, Christina moved to the sales side of the company and entered brokerage as a retail specialist. In December 2020, after just over 18 years, Christina left CBRE and joined NewMarket Commercial Real Estate Advisors, which is a member of the ChainLinks organization, a retail only network that represents over 1,500 retailers and 200 million square feet of space. A recognized broker within the industry, Christina focuses on landlord and tenant representation, property evaluations, development services, and research and marketing. Christina has represented such tenants as rue 21, Cox Communications, Island Pacific Seafood Market, SalonCentric, and Sprint. Landlord representation has included such clients as Harsch Investment Properties, Sarofim Realty Advisors, Fifield Realty Corp, Watt Companies, and American Realty Advisors. Her clear and thorough approach to communication, organizational know-how, market knowledge, leadership qualities, and eye for detail provides clients with confidence, makes her a skilled negotiator, and helps her connect directly with her clients. Christina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland, European Campus and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Troy University.
