Christina Jeffries grew up on a cross-country adventure, thanks to the unique opportunities afforded by her father’s career as a U.S. Marine Corps fighter pilot. Her journey took her from coast to coast, eventually landing in Washington, D.C., by way of Central Texas and James Madison University, where she graduated in the Class of ’95. In 2000, Christina was drawn from D.C. to Richmond, Virginia, by Parkway Properties, where she spent 16 impactful years. During her tenure, she worked alongside exceptional colleagues, embraced a variety of roles, and gained a wealth of experience that shaped her professional journey. Seeking a new challenge, Christina partnered with Cole and Andrew to co-found 7 Hills Advisors. The transition felt like embarking on another cross-country adventure—this time in the business world. At 7 Hills, Christina is energized by the opportunity to work with passionate professionals who are deeply committed to making a difference for their clients. The firm takes a thoughtful, client-centric approach, diving deep to understand each organization’s goals, growth plans, challenges, and culture. Christina and her team believe that physical space should be a tangible extension of a client’s brand and vision—designed with economic efficiency and maximum flexibility in mind. Their complementary skills, diverse experience, and collaborative spirit allow them to navigate complex challenges and deliver optimal outcomes. Outside of work, Christina finds inspiration in her family, friends, hobbies, and a commitment to training hard.
