Christina Burd

Christina is an Associate at Colliers, representing both tenants and landlords in the CBD, Westshore, and Greater Tampa Bay area. Prior to joining Colliers, Christina developed her position at CBRE, in conjunction with her team, to support 3.1 million SF in landlord assets. There, she gained extensive knowledge of office leasing in Tampa. Christina attended the College of Charleston where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a focus in Entrepreneurship. She is a Tampa Native and enjoys being apart of Tampa’s growing market.
