Christina Bernardin

Christina joined Bluewater Property Group in 2022 as Vice President of Development & Construction. She manages all aspects of the development cycle including land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, permitting, and construction for speculative and build-to-suit logistics facilities for over 3 million square feet of speculative and build-to-suit developments. Prior to Bluewater, Christina served on the development team of Boston Properties in San Francisco, leading the entitlements, development, and asset management of 2 million square feet of office, life science, and residential projects. She is a Certified Public Accountant and LEED Accredited Professional.
