Christina Axvig is a dedicated real estate professional originally from Macomb, Illinois. She graduated from Western Illinois University in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Christina and her husband, Tom, have been married for five years and reside in the College Community School district with their three children. Tom is a mortgage lender with Collins Community Credit Union in Cedar Rapids. Christina began her real estate career in 2001, driven by a lifelong passion for homes. From an early age, she enjoyed designing floor plans and dreaming about home layouts. Today, she channels that enthusiasm into helping clients achieve their personal real estate goals. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers or guiding clients through their final home purchase, she takes pride in understanding each individual's unique needs. In addition to residential real estate, Christina specializes in investment properties. She and Tom have built a portfolio of 12 rental properties, starting with a single investment and gradually expanding. Recently, Christina earned the prestigious Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) designation, recognizing her professional achievements in both experience and education within the industry.
