Christian Zaciewski is a Director with the Midwestern Multifamily Capital Markets team in partnership with Ohio-based Vice Chairman George Skaff and Executive Managing Director Matt Newcomer. He is based in metro Detroit and focuses exclusively on multifamily throughout the state of Michigan. With over six years of commercial real estate experience in Michigan and northwest Ohio, Christian has earned the Top Producer Award for three consecutive years. The addition of Christian to the Midwestern Multifamily Capital Market provides the team with a market presence in Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky. Christian is passionate about real estate and is responsible for all aspects of the transaction process including market research, due diligence, financial analysis, valuation and client relationships allowing him to consistently strategize successful closings.
