Christian Wead

Christian D. Wead joined Block Real Estate Services, LLC (“BRES”) in February 2019 as a Brokerage Intern before being brought on full-time as a Sales Associate in August 2020. Christian primarily focuses on industrial leasing and sales, as well as investment transactions of various types. He is currently the leasing agent for over 2.8 million square feet of industrial real estate throughout the Greater Kansas City Market. Prior to working at BRES, Christian was an Intern with NAI Martens Commercial Real Estate in Wichita, Kansas where he assisted both appraisers and brokers. Christian graduated from The University of Kansas in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science, Marketing, and a Certificate in Professional Selling. During his time at KU, he was an active member in Greek Life and was involved with multiple clubs including the Entrepreneurship Club and the Investment Club. He made the Dean’s Honor Roll for multiple semesters. Christian is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. He is originally from Wichita, Kansas and currently resides in Leawood, Kansas. He was named to the Kansas City Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters of Commercial Real Estate List, recognizing the top producing agents in Kansas City, for 2021 and 2022.
