An Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for Newmark’s Palo Alto office, Christian Prelle advises his clients on the development and execution of office/R&D lease and investment transactions throughout the Bay Area. His clients appreciate his market knowledge, loyalty, and thoroughness in the representation process. Prelle has experience working with institutional landlords and real estate investment trusts on the management and leasing of key assets. On the tenant representation side, he has worked extensively with early-stage technology and professional service companies on structuring appropriate facility strategies, as well as later-stage companies, which he assists with more complex real estate needs. Prelle has also taken over the leadership and managerial role, overseeing over 55 brokers and staff. He was named Rookie of the Year by the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB) in his first year at Newmark and is now a company Top Producer having since completed over 320 lease and sale transactions totaling more than $1.4 billion in total consideration.
