Christian Petrenko

Christian specializes in the sale and acquisition of investment properties in British Columbia with a primary focus on the Metro Vancouver Area. Prior to joining NAI Commercial, Christian worked in the financial sector in Toronto. Working with Canada’s top financial institutions, asset managers and developers, he participated in the sale of a quarter-billion dollars in debt and equity offerings. Christian’s long-standing relationships with international groups provide a bridge for foreign investors to strategically capitalize on current investment opportunities in British Columbia. He works with other NAI Global offices to execute acquisitions, development projects, joint ventures, limited partnerships and dispositions. His analytical background, creativity and unrivalled commitment to clients enable him to strategically negotiate a wide range of multifaceted transactions. Honesty, integrity and transparency are a compass for him in life and as a leader in business. Christian’s leadership also extends into his Global Humanitarian work. For over a decade, he has led and participated in International Build Projects for Habitat for Humanity. His teams have built homes for families in Botswana, India, Thailand, Chile, Guatemala, Indonesia, Cambodia, Fiji, Nicaragua and the Philippines.
