Christian Koulichkov

Christian joined Hilco Real Estate Sales in 2024 as Managing Director, responsible for executing asset sales transactions throughout the U.S. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Christian brings a diverse background as a lender, property developer/owner, and broker to the firm. Prior to HRE, Christian was Managing Director with A&G’s sales and valuation group. He was also formerly a partner in a national real estate firm that specialized in accelerated sales. Throughout his career, Christian has specialized in the successful sale of educational, multifamily, office, industrial, development, retail, luxury residential, and special use properties in and out of bankruptcy. Christian is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association and International Council of Shopping Centers. Away from the office, he enjoys fly fishing and is a strong supporter of Trout Unlimited. He also enjoys golfing, traveling and coaching soccer for his three boys.
