Christian acts as a trusted advisor to several national, regional, and local landlords and retailers in the D.C. Metropolitan Area. Over his tenure, Christian has executed more than $100 million in lease transactions and represents clients such as Principal Real Estate, Kolaghassi Capital, Velocity Concepts, Peri-Peri Original, District Taco, Five Guys, Spenga, and more. Previously residing in several global metropolises, such as London, Buenos Aires, Vancouver, and Miami, Christian uses his global perspective and frequent travel to discover emerging retail concepts and trends that may be successful in the United States. His fluency in English and Spanish also allows him to engage and guide the multicultural communities within the D.C. market.
