Christian was a chartered appraiser (1993-2021) and is a consultant and a chartered real estate broker with over 30 years of experience in commercial, industrial and office real estate. His knowledge of taxation and lease auditing (verifying operating expenses) and his experience in negotiating leases across North America makes him a representative of tenants. Christian works hard to secure the best possible transaction for his clients. Christian was real estate director for Transcontinental inc. (responsible for over 6.5 million square feet in North America) from 2002 to 2005. He was responsible for negotiating leases, acquisitions and dispositions and part of the due diligence team for the purposes of business acquisition. Christian had 220 business units to serve. Christian developed real estate management software in 2006 (INFOSITE) and several major clients have adopted it. Such as Rona, Dollarama, LCBO, etc. INFOSITE was sold to Nakisa in 2021.
