Christian Conville
Christian joined ECHO Retail in January 2008. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2000 when he joined an Indianapolis-based development company, Premier Properties USA, Inc. Christian started with Premier as a Sales and Leasing Agent and, during his eight-year tenure, was promoted to Director of Leasing in 2005 and to Vice President of Leasing in 2007. During his nine years at ECHO, Christian’s focus has been primarily on tenant representation representing such clients as Ulta Cosmetics, Giant Eagle, Earth Fare supermarket, Dave & Buster’s, Office Depot/Office Max, MOD Pizza, Giordano’s of Chicago, Bloomin Brands, Popeyes, Mattress Firm and many others. Though based in Indianapolis, Christian also provides brokerage services in Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota. In addition to tenant representation, he has also spent years on disposition services throughout the country and landlord representation with such companies as Simon and Seritage.
