His path started in college, when he bought his first investment property and began helping classmates do the same — a hobby that became a career, and later a company. Today, Christian and the Christian Cardamone Team guide clients through residential and commercial deals, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, while Aloha Wilmington's property management arm helps owners grow real estate portfolios without having to manage them day to day. Christian holds a Master's degree in Conflict Management and Negotiation and a General Contractor's license, and he brings both to the table on every deal he negotiates.
