Christian Allimonos

Christian Allimonos Joined RIPCO’s Investment Sales group in November of 2021. Before working in investment sales, Christian was an Associate Attorney for the law firm of Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugilliers, P.C. where he represented landlords in civil courts in every borough as well as New York State Supreme Court. Christian was also an active member of the firm’s Administrative Law Department where he successfully represented property owners before the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal in areas such as rent overcharge proceedings and Petitions for Administrative Review. Aside from Christian’s experience as a litigator, he also routinely drafted and negotiated commercial leases pertaining to all asset classes. Christian’s experience in Real Estate law along with his unique knowledge of the New York State’s Division of Housing and Community Renewal makes him a great addition to RIPCO’s Investment Sales group.
