Christi Copenhaver
Christi has been involved with commercial real estate since 2010 and has experience in most aspects of the industry.
In 2010, Christi started her commercial real estate career as a property manager in her hometown of Richmond, Virginia. She specialized in the management of large mixed-use developments, shopping centers, and office buildings. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in the many facets affecting commercial properties and the importance of maintaining healthy relationships between landlords and tenants. After moving to Charleston in 2017, Christi accepted a property manager position at Palmetto Commercial Properties. She spent five years overseeing a large portfolio of properties in the Charleston MSA, comprised of retail, industrial and office uses. In 2022, she transitioned to their brokerage team focusing on serving her clients with general brokerage services, while narrowing down her specialty to buyer/tenant representation.
