Christel Highland brings a unique background and an unwavering commitment to excellence in commercial real estate. After a successful career in show business working with Tony, Academy, and Grammy-winning professionals, Christel developed patience and resilience that inform her approach to business today. Licensed in Kansas and Missouri, Christel began her real estate career in 2015 as a portfolio manager for a large group of assets. She successfully managed financials and property teams for investors, positioning the portfolio for sale in 2020. Through strategic market timing, Christel maximized her investors’ exit during the pandemic's peak sales cycle, ahead of rising interest rates. In 2017, Christel joined Aaron Mesmer’s team, where she assisted with numerous complex transactions. After invaluable training, she is excited to partner with Mr. Mesmer at Block Real Estate Services, focusing on Brokerage and Investment Sales. Christel now works on both the acquisition and disposition sides of portfolios, as well as representing business owners, school districts, and non-profits. No matter the size of the project, she is dedicated to delivering a smooth process while serving her clients’ best interests.
