Chris Wiesinger

Chris is a founding partner of One Rock, which was built with a focus on real estate, oil and gas, and other private equity investments. As a real estate broker, he enjoys helping clients think creatively and strategically to unlock the full value or potential of land, commercial buildings, and other income producing properties. He was born in Lafayette, LA, and grew up in Houston, TX and Bakersfield, CA. Recently he has found himself assisting with many 1031 exchanges from California to Texas. Chris originally moved to Northeast Texas to start The Southern Bulb Company offering flower bulbs from his East Texas farm. He is lovingly married with 3 daughters that keep him on his toes!
