Chris White

Since the early 80’s Chris White, Managing Director of White Commercial, has practised as a Commercial Chartered Surveyor along the London to Birmingham M40 having been based in High Wycombe and Aylesbury, setting up a new commercial practice in Banbury in 1988. He is a well know Commercial Property personality in the region Chris has substantial experience along the M40, is extremely well connected with local authorities and companies in the area, and served for 11 years as Chairman and President of the North Oxfordshire Chamber of Commerce still acting as Chairman for the Local Authority Remuneration Committee. His areas of expertise include Commercial Property Development; Site Assembly; Planning and Occupier Consultancy and Transactional services. Chris directs the Company’s Commercial Property Agency and Marketing Team and is well known throughout the industry for his ‘northern directness’ and sense of humour!
