Chris Vincent

Chris Vincent has been a commercial real estate practitioner since 1993, joining Dunton Commercial Real Estate in 2008. Chris specializes in office and retail sales and leasing. Most recently, Chris hails from Boulder, where he spent nine years as an associate broker with Irwin & Hendrick, Ltd. Prior to this association he worked with CB Richard Ellis in Indiana, where he was charged with the leasing of more than six neighborhood shopping centers in the greater Fort Wayne area. Before his work with CB Richard Ellis, Chris was an associate broker at Newmark & Company in New York. His duties included the marketing and leasing of managed and non-managed offices in lower Manhattan. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University's School of Telecommunications. He is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and Commercial Brokers of Boulder. Additionally, Chris is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
