Chris Vassos

Chris Vassos joined the Industrial division of CBRE Limited in 2012 after graduating from Arizona State University. In the role of Industrial Research Analyst, Chris conducted statistical analysis pertaining to the industrial sale and lease market, wrote quarterly reports, and provided general research support to the Industrial brokerage team. In 2013, Chris transitioned into a brokerage role and has proved to be a valuable member of the Fraser Valley Industrial team. Chris has been committed to furthering his knowledge by representing industrial landlords and tenants in negotiating sale and lease transactions.
