Chris Stokes

Chris is a full-service Realtor specializing in commercial brokerage, office leasing and property development licensed in Louisiana. Prior to joining Walker-Alley in 2017, Chris spent over three years in Midland, Texas as the General Manager of the Lamar Advertising Plant in the Permian Basin. Prior to this Chris spent thirteen years in Austin working for Lamar’s Southwest Region as Regional Real Estate Manager. He worked on varying legal real estate matters and staff training. His responsibilities included working on state legislation changes and with state agencies on administrative rule updates in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. He also worked successfully with planning staff and city councils in many cities throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas on ordinances changes and zoning variances. Chris is a graduate of Caddo Magnet, LSUS and Mississippi College School of Law. Not licensed in Texas.
