Chris Stewart

Chris Stewart serves as EVP Head of Leasing, overseeing 3 million square feet of office and retail space. Collaborating with the Development and Acquisitions teams, Chris leads the strategic leasing efforts to align tenants with PEBB’s growth plans. His creative vision enables the company to deliver well-balanced retail mixes that create value for retailers and customers. Prior to joining PEBB in 2019, Chris was the Director of Leasing at RMC Property Group where he oversaw the leasing and marketing of 120 properties. His responsibilities there included strategic tenant acquisition, tenant lease negotiations, agent management and the development and third-party management. Earlier in his career, Chris served as a Leasing Director at DDR and also spent six years with Regency Centers overseeing the daily leasing activities and strategies of properties throughout the Florida market. He has experience prospecting and negotiating commercial real estate lease transactions within every major Florida market. Mr. Stewart is a graduate of Florida State University and holds an active Florida Real Estate License. He stays actively engaged with the International Council of Shopping Centers as a member and currently a West Florida Idea Exchange Planning Committee member. Chris also serves on the Planning Committee for the FSU Trends Conference
