Chris Stewart

Chris L. Stewart, a Texas Wesleyan University graduate with a B.S. degree, entered the real estate field in 1978. Stewart holds a Texas broker’s license and is currently active in leasing and sales of commercial and industrial property throughout Fort Worth and North Texas. His familiarity with the Fort Worth market and its growth has enabled Stewart to represent local and national clients ranging from private businesses to major corporations. Over the past three years, he has negotiated over 1,000,000 square feet of office and industrial space on both a lease and acquisition basis. He has closed in excess of $15 million dollars in gross sales/lease transactions during the last three years. He is a member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, the Greater Fort Worth Area Industrial Development Association, and the Society of Commercial Realtors. Stewart is the recipient of the prestigious 2014 Charles D. Tandy Award which is awarded annually by The Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors and the Society of Commercial Realtors.
