Chris is responsible for capital market multi-tenant and single-tenant retail investment sales transactions throughout the southeast and nationwide working primarily with private capital and family offices. Chris has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience and has been involved in the sale of more than 60 shopping centers and single-tenant investments having sold and excess of over $500 million. Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield in 2023, Chris was with the retail capital markets team at Colliers International for over 8 years. Starting his commercial real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial back in 2012.
