Chris Shanahan

Chris, co-founder of Stony Creek Brokerage, Inc., began his real estate career in 2001. After spending six years in sales with a Fortune 20 company, Chris determined there was a need for a specialty brokerage firm to initially service the Fox Valley industrial community. The rest, as they, is history. Chris has expanded his sales prowess with a comprehensive knowledge of the local industrial market to provide his clients with an informative, fluid experience when buying, selling or leasing real estate throughout Kane, Dupage and Cook counties, one client at a time. This knowledge, unique from his competition, comes through the insight he has gained in his experiences and exposure to the development and construction aspects of this market, which his family has been prominently involved in the Fox Valley for over thirty years.
