Chris Schwarze

Chris Schwarze is an office property specialist with Cushman & Wakefield's Roseville office, focusing on the leasing and sale of office space in Sacramento and Placer counties. His client services include transaction analytics, restructuring and execution of lease and purchase contracts. He also assists tenants in the greater Sacramento area by representing them in the acquisition of new offices and headquarters. Mr. Schwarze began his career as an intern with Colliers International in Sacramento in 1999. As of 2013 he joined Cushman & Wakefield's Sacramento office as Executive Director before transferring to the Roseville office in 2014, where he has been consistently recognized as a Top Producer. One of the most active brokers in Roseville and Rocklin, Mr. Schwarze has worked for a significant number of local and nationally based companies. Mr. Schwarze is a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) and a member of the CSUS Alumni Association.
