Chris Schmidt

In his role at JLL, Chris is responsible for leading and growing the Industrial Integrated Portfolio Solution (IPS) platform in St. Louis by providing transaction management, supply chain consulting, network strategy, transportation analysis and total landed cost site selection services. Chris is also part of the largest Industrial IPS team in the Midwest. Chris is a member of JLL’s global Supply Chain & Logistics team and the firms National 3PL Practice Group. He has completed 5.5M square feet in transactions since joining JLL. Prior to Joining JLL, Chris spent 8 year at Cresa at a Senior Advisor representing tenants in the Industrial and Office sector in St. Louis and across the nation. Chris also spent 6 years at Stifel Nicolaus in the finical market providing a wide range of services including financial modeling, strategic planning, investment banking support and research. During his career, Chris has been involved in a wide spectrum of lease negotiations with nation and local companies including National Head Quarters to Local, Reginal and National Distribution Centers. Chris works closely with Private Equity and Family offices to provide real estate due diligence and IPS services. Chris currently runs 6 portfolio companies and assists on multiple other accounts.
