My name is Chris Sandoval, and I believe that now, more than ever, Mr. Kiyosaki’s words ring true. At a time of economic fluctuation, what has not changed is the rising value of real estate as investment opportunities continue to multiply. In fact, amidst instability, investment in real estate remains an area of constant growth. For 30+ years, my work in the construction industry on a variety of public, Government, and private building projects has led me to experience the value of real estate. Identifying lucrative investment opportunities in the real estate market comes easy because of this background. In 2004, becoming a licensed Texas realtor was the next logical step, as I sought to combine my extensive experience in the construction industry with my expertise in real estate to gain the best possible advantage for my clients. Since 2004, I have worked steadily to build my transactional portfolio, which encompasses single-family homes, multi-family homes, land, and commercial properties. Facilitating complex real estate transactions such as auctions, foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, bank-owned, and tax-sale properties is one of my specialties. My combined real estate and construction expertise has laid the foundation for significant success in reaching the investment goals of both local and long-distance investors. My mission is simple: Identify for clients the best possible return on their investments and help them expand their real estate portfolio. Now expanding my company, with my daughter I have a newfound passion for teaching real estate to the younger generation. I never thought my daughter would follow in my footsteps, but she has grown greatly within the real estate space since 2017. I look forward to helping her grow, in this space and reach newfound heights together.
