Chris Roberson

Chris Roberson is a California real estate broker and the broker of record for ENDEAVOR. He graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2012 with a B.S. in Business Administration from the Fermanian School of Business. After graduation he started working on single-family residential value adds where he successfully completed a number of projects. In 2015 Chris joined a mixed-use development team where he managed acquisitions- targeting cash-flowing assets with development upside in emerging neighborhoods of San Diego. In 2016 Chris Co-Founded ENDEAVOR, a boutique commercial brokerage firm specializing in fulfilling clients' commercial real estate goals. Chris' expertise is working with clients to increase their net worth and cash flow through acquisitions & dispositions of properties with upside potential. In addition to brokerage, Chris is a General Partner in 280+ multi-family units developed in the North Park and Uptown neighborhoods. Chris is a member of the Urban Land Institute and is actively involved in their Young Leaders program.
