Chris Purpura

Chris Purpura is a research associate supporting the Southeast Region with in-depth market research to give Savills current and prospective clients a competitive edge. He collaborates with research colleagues at headquarters and in other regions to contribute to Savills quarterly market reports and to provide local and national research insight. Chris stays vigilant on the status of the commercial market, identifies new trends and looks at directions the market is moving toward. He creates competitive intelligence reports, market and submarket overviews, custom analyses, as well as demographic and economic observations. He develops and leverages relationships with research peers and experts in the local real estate community in order to exchange information and keep abreast of relevant industry developments. Before joining Savills in 2019, Chris worked at JLL in corporate solutions as a sourcing intern. He also completed internships in financial analysis and market research with NBC Universal and Frontline Selling while completing his bachelor’s degree.
