ABOUT

As Vice President, Brokerage, Chris Premac specializes in retail landlord representation across Southern California. He guides a portfolio of mixed-use developments, main street retail, grocery-anchored shopping centers and power centers on behalf of various institutional and private clients. Throughout his career he has completed transactions with national, regional and local tenants in excess of $30 million in lease consideration, consistently ranking as a top producer. Prior to Coreland, Mr. Premac served as an Associate with Newmark Knight Frank where he worked on behalf of both institutional and private clients. His collective experience included guiding lease negotiations with notable retailers such as Ralphs, Grocery Outlet, LA Fitness, Phenix Salons and more. Mr. Premac also spent a year as an Intern at Colliers. Both positions provided the opportunity to develop his skills in site selection, location analysis, prospecting and reporting. Mr. Premac earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Communication with a minor in Real Estate from Arizona State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
