Christopher Ponig works closely with the Acquisitions, Construction and Development teams to execute investment strategies across a diverse mix of property types on the West Coast. He is responsible for leasing, capital projects, financing strategies, and operational performance for the assets in his portfolio. Additionally, Chris oversees a number of ground-up developments and large-scale redevelopments where he focuses on development management, construction oversight and leasing performance. Before joining DivcoWest in 2018, Christopher worked at Clarion Partners as a Senior Vice President focused on the asset management of value-add and development properties in New York, and portfolio management of more than eight million square feet across property types and geographies. Christopher graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a CFA Charterholder.
