Chris Plumpe

Chris Plumpe is an Associate with the Austin office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, he handles retail project representation, retail tenant representation and general brokerage in the Austin area. Prior to joining Weitzman, Plumpe’s retail estate experience includes his role as President, Operator and Co-Owner of the first Andy’s Frozen Custard multi-unit franchisee in Texas. He facilitated a six-store expansion through site selection, permitting and construction processes by building and directing teams of real estate brokers, general contractors, architects, civil engineers, attorneys and suppliers. He also worked as General Manager for Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, overseeing multiple new restaurant openings in Texas and Alabama.
