Chris Pearson

Chris Pearson started his property career as a central London office agent with De Groot Collis who merged with Chesterton. He became a West End office agency director before moving to Newcastle where he held the senior post of Regional Director with responsibility for offices in Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle. Chris Pearson joined Gavin Black & Partners as a Partner in 2004. He works with various private investor clients advising on their commercial property portfolios as well as many public and private sector organizations with the emphasis on the acquisition, sale and letting of commercial property. Chris Pearson is also an acknowledged office agency specialist responsible for number of prime instructions in Newcastle City Centre. He is also working on many high-profile projects out of town including the refurbishment of Cobalt One and 15A at Cobalt Business Park together with various instructions at Quorum Business Park. He is a past Chairman of the North East Regional Board of the RICS and a well-known figure in the local property community.
