Chris moved to Santa Fe in 1991 directly after graduating from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. In search of the mythological champagne powder of the Rocky Mountains, he worked nights managing bars and restaurants and days were spent on the slopes. Not long after he met and married his wife, Lori Pearson Kramer. Together they are raising 3 wonderful kids, 2 dogs, a cat and chickens. Their garden each summer provides a large bounty of homegrown delights. Chris is the President and owner of Trafficdeveloper, a web design and digital marketing firm in Santa Fe. Chris began his career in SEO before Google even existed, promoting a new website for Christies Great Estates, which his firm had just designed and built. This lead him down the road to formation of his own company, the purchase of a rival web development company, and now includes over 20 years experience in marketing luxury real estate online. In 2017 Chris became an Associate Broker with Sothebys International Realty. He enjoys the challenge of finding the perfect property for his clients.
