Chris Norwood began his real estate brokerage career in 2000 when he became a licensed salesperson in the state of New Hampshire. In 2002 he also became licensed in the state of Massachusetts. Since that time he has assisted in closing over $19,000,000 worth of sale and lease transactions, as well as aided in consulting and valuation work. A few signature transactions were: the redevelopment, consulting and sale of 300,000sf of industrial space in Ashland, NH; the sale of 3.9 acres of retail land to Texas Road House in Portsmouth, NH; and the lease of 27,000sf of office space in the Indian Head Plaza in Nashua, NH.
