Chris Messersmith

Chris Messersmith is a Senior Associate in Divaris Real Estate, Inc.’s Richmond office, specializing in the sales and leasing of office and retail commercial properties for both tenants and landlords. Since joining Divaris in 2021, Chris has been an integral part of the Richmond team, contributing to major projects including the successful leasing of Fountain Park and now expanding his focus on the office sector. Prior to Divaris, Chris gained valuable commercial real estate experience with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. He is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University’s Kornblau Real Estate Program, earning a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate.
