Chris Merklein

Chris Merklein is a Principal in North Town Partners. He joined the Van Horn Automotive Real Estate team in 2017 as Director of Real Estate Development. Chris’ primary role is to work closely with municipalities in structuring our projects and development agreements. Prior to joining North Town Partners, Chris held leadership roles in Design/Build Construction, Renewable Energy, and Manufacturing businesses. Chris is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Wisconsin. His diverse background provides our team with a different perspective on our development projects. When Chris isn’t working, he’s usually with his family hunting, fishing, or coaching ice hockey.
