Prior to joining the company in 2016 Chris was a business owner and grew that business to include twenty nationally branded retail locations with 240 employees and annual revenues of thirteen million. Prior to shifting his career focus to commercial real estate, Chris developed his skills in negotiations, property management, accounting, financial planning, analysis, software development, and project management. All of these areas of expertise have transitioned to form a strong foundation in his practice. Chris is highly adaptable, an effective leader, a talented negotiator, and process-driven, all of which benefit his clients.
