Chris Lowe

Chris joined NAI Piedmont Triad in August of 2019 where he focuses on Leasing and Sales of Industrial and Office properties. Prior to joining NAI Piedmont Triad, Chris spent 12 years as a Landlord Representative with Samet Properties. During his time with Samet Properties Chris oversaw the Leasing of +/- 3,000,000 SF of Industrial and Office space while consistently maintaining an occupancy rate of more than 90%. Chris was also very involved with helping Samet Properties dispose of some of its legacy industrial properties while also helping to market the available Build to Suit opportunities within the Industrial Parks.
