Chris Latvaaho

Chris has more than twenty eight years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Newmark, Chris was with JLL for eleven years. Chris specializes in office agency leasing and is responsible for implementing and executing leasing and marketing strategies of those assets. Chris's advisory work includes strong research and analytical skills. Chris consistently exceeds client real estate objectives, driving value for both Landlords and developers.
