Chris Kinnard

Chris Kinnard, along with business partner Stanton Falk, specializes in retail investment sales across the Midwest and South. Chris began his commercial real estate career at nineteen years old. After six months, and no prior experience, he was managing roughly half a million square feet of shopping centers while working as a marketing director and financial analyst with a top brokerage team at one of the largest commercial real estate investment sales brokerage firms in the country. He quickly advanced into brokerage and has been brokering the sale of shopping centers since. Chris had sold several million square-feet of shopping centers in more than fifteen states before joining forces with Stanton Falk – an industry veteran of over twenty years. Chris and Stanton moved to Lee & Associates in 2023 to better serve their clients and further grow their team. Chris and Stan have been involved in a combined $2B+ or roughly 17M square-feet of retail investment sales throughout their careers and are landlords to over sixty tenants.
