Chris brings his clients over 15 years of experience exclusively advising occupiers, providing a conflict-free focus to his advice and service delivery. Chris has developed a specialized expertise in negotiating flexible lease terms for technology companies located in creative and non-traditional spaces. This approach allows developing companies to have the space and flexibility they need to grow, to minimize short-term cost and risk, andto maximize their ability to customize their space to meet evolving operations. Chris approaches each assignment with a comprehensive investigation of his client’s business and location priorities. He then translates those needs into real estate requirements and conducts a thorough market search to uncover space options to support and enhance their operations, Chris’ full service approach includes financial analysis to qualify location options, workplace strategy to optimize space use, and transaction management to secure the most favorable pricing and contract terms Prior to joining Savills, Chris spent 10 years at Finn Ferguson and three years at Colliers International. His career experience includes managing multiple corporate real estate portfolio accounts with high volume transaction activity. His ability to effectively communicate and anticipate client needs assured a customized approach and tailored solutions that aligned with each client’s strategic priorities. An active member of his community, Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors at Amara for Foster Kids and volunteers as a sanctuary house worker for foster kids adjusting to their new life circumstances.
