Chris Isola

Mr. Isola’s broad range of healthcare expertise spans assignments with hospitals, medical groups, and owners of medical office buildings. He represents occupiers of both clinical and non-clinical office space, as well as ground up development and joint venture syndications in the healthcare industry. Mr. Isola has completed transactions with occupiers from a variety of specialties, including: Kidney Dialysis, MRI/Imaging, Outpatient Multi-Specialty Surgical Centers, Urgent and Primary Care, Oncology and Management Services Organizations. Over his ten year brokerage career, Mr. Isola has completed transactions totaling over 2.4 million square feet, representing both local and national firms. In 2003, Mr. Isola graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and a Minor in Political Science. Prior to joining JLL in 2018, Mr. Isoola was with CBRE and was an Associate Director in the Los Angeles West office of Cushman & Wakefield. In 2005, Mr. Isola transitioned to a Brokerage Services Associate in the Los Angeles West office of Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Isola works on tenant representation and investment sales transactions throughout Southern California and Nationwide. He works closely with corporate real estate professionals to insure that their requirements are met in all facets of the transaction. Mr. Isola graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and a Minor in Political Science.
