ABOUT

Chris Hughes is a Managing Director at JLL, focusing on tenant representation both in Seattle and throughout the greater Eastside markets. He specializes in working with high growth and corporate technology companies around the region. Chris began his real estate career at Cushman and Wakefield where he founded the Seattle area Career Development Program, which works in various areas of commercial real estate. Chris later joined Pacific Real Estate Partners as a Principal, and in 2011 he joined JLL as a Managing Director through acquisition. He now co-leads the Tenant Advisory Team at JLL and is the Broker Lead for JLL's Bellevue office. Throughout his 20+ years in commercial real estate, Chris has looked past just completing a transaction and instead focuses on building client relationships for the long term. His enthusiasm for endurance and long-term success extends to his love of participating in triathlons, half & full Ironmans, marathons, and road cycling competitions. Chris’ true passion is his family. It's never a dull moment with two college-age boys always on the go, and traveling to see them. Most recently his wife, Caroline, started her own company designing and manufacturing a women's performance heel where one of her tag lines is, "A heel as comfortable as your sneakers".
