Mr. Hollenbeck is a member of a multi-service retail team that delivers comprehensive, integrated real estate services to retail investors, developers and occupiers. He specializes in Capital Markets and manages his team’s national Investment Services Portfolio. Mr. Hollenbeck has an extensive history in the sale of retail properties through his past and current career experience at a national development company. Since moving to commercial retail brokerage, he completed over 1,000 transactions totaling nearly five million square feet and valued at over $1 billion. Mr. Hollenbeck is heavily involved in the sale of single-tenant investment properties throughout Arizona and across the U.S. Mr. Hollenbeck is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Private Capital Group, Southwest Region, a cohesive 20-broker team across 11 markets that sources and shares regional capital markets financing and investment opportunities as well as Cushman and Wakefield’s National NNN group.
